Fall Pumpkin Patch Family Mini Session at Lineberger Farms in Dallas, NC

We had the best time ever photographing our own family mini session at a local pumpkin patch Since we love photography and have a baby, we didn't have a lot of time to explore so a 15-20 minute mini session was perfect for us to capture some updated photos of our new family.

Lineberger's Farm in Dallas, NC (Gastonia) is such an enjoyable farm for kids in the fall. It's free and has so many amazing family photo opportunities as well.

I couldn't wait to take Brody and get adorable fall family photos of him in his overalls next to a bunch of pumpkins for photos. I'm a HUGE overalls loving mom - they are the cutest! And when I say I had been planning it for months, I mean, I had been planning this little fall family mini session for MONTHS. I had the clothes, the props, the visual images all in my head and in the end the photos pretty much came out exactly as I hoped for. Natural. Vibrant. & Timeless. We got a lot of cute fall photos among the pumpkins and on the tractor.

Linberger's farm in Dallas is such a great half day activity for the family. Not only is it a great place to take family photos or host a mini session, it's perfect for the kids. They have a playground, a cute little chicken coup, a huge slide, corn maze, and more. I also like to go in the Spring and Summer and pick strawberries and blackberries.
