Fall Maternity Photoshoot at South Fork River in Belmont NC. I'm 24 weeks pregnant - halfway there!

Matt and I did our own maternity photos by our favorite stream in Belmont...the South Fork River trail in which is outside of Charlotte. We hike this beautiful trail a lot so it seemed like the perfect location for some simple pictures to document my growing baby bump. I'm 24 weeks here with our son and feeling very pregnant.

Unfortunately this pregnancy has been really hard on me. I have been plagued with 'HG' aka Hyperemesis Gravadarium since about week 6. This is the extreme form of morning sickness that about 20% of pregnant woman go through. It has been so rough but I am persevering. The nausea and sickness usually hits in the evenings so the mornings and afternoons I am at my best.

Even though it has been a hard pregnancy so far, I am so blessed and grateful to be pregnant and almost halfway to meeting my little baby. I'm so excited!
